We are offering a structured 12-month (fixed term) Graduate Learnership geared towards providing and developing graduates who are new entrants to the world of work.
The Learnership will run from 1 March 2024 to 29 February 2025.
KEMPTON PARK – GAUTENG:
The Graduates will begin by rotating in our operational departments in Midrand, O.R Tambo Int. Airport and Sandton. Thereafter, they will be permanently based at our Pomona Kempton Park Depot for rotation in the back office support deaprtments.
CAPE TOWN – WESTERN CAPE:
The Graduates will begin by rotating in our operational department at the Cape Town International Airport. Thereafter, they will be permanently based in our IT Systems Support department and in our Administration department.
Duties & Responsibilities of graduate leanership
Successful incumbents will gain skills and knowledge, the scope of which will include:
- Customer interactions.
- Telephone skills.
- Office administration.
- Wide variety of operational tasks (quality vehicle checks, fleet checks, assisting customers in the car park and front counter etc.).
- Kempton Park – Rotation in various Departments such as Fleet, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Credit Control, Customer Reservations & Relations, Pricing & Rates, and Panelshop & Workshop.
- Cape Town – IT Systems Support department and Administration department.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Essential:
- Proficient in English (speak, read, write).
- PC literate.
- For Kempton Park – Commerce, Transport, Business and Marketing related Degrees – NQF Level 7
- For Cape Town – Commerce, Administration, Business and IT related Degrees – NQF Level 7
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must reside in the proximity of Kempton Park, Gauteng or Cape Town, Western Cape
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license.
PLEASE NOTE: A specific corporate dress code will need to be adhered to.
Package & Remuneration
Successful applicants will not be paid a salary but will receive a Graduate Learner stipend every month for the duration of the Learnership, specifically to cover transport costs.
