Job Description:
- Merchandising
- The prospect Merchandiser should make product displays in accordance with sales and seasonal trends.
- The prospect Merchandiser should respect established merchandising guidelines and store planograms.
- The prospect Merchandiser should make product displays in accordance with the freezer/store floor layout.
- The prospect Merchandiser should make sure that outdated or damaged inventory is cleared out, and that newly acquired merchandise is arranged neatly in stacks and displays.
Decorate the store with banners, posters, displays, flags, etc. - The prospect Merchandiser should examine the systems for product merchandising, presentation, and stocking.
- Interact regularly with all store staff to keep them informed about upcoming store projects and timelines.
- Observe shelf stock in accordance with the eight Shelf Health Elements:
-Full Shelves at all times
-Best Shelf Position
-The right forward Share
-PI Labels present & correct
-Stock Rotation (FIFO)
-Spotless Shelves
-Product Quality Obsession
-Correct Range
Minimum Requirement:
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 1 years relevant experience
- Clear criminal record
