Duties & Responsibilities:

Once the onboarding process is completed your Duties and responsibilities will include

· Develop business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.

· Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

· Ensuring productivity while also evaluating how well the business performed on various tasks within a specific time frame.

· Training and developing sales staff skillset.

· Setting targets and goals for individual sales consultants and your team as a whole
