Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming of visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Informing the host of the visitor’s arrival
- Signing in of visitors, according to the Company procedure
- Manage queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution
- Answer, transfer and execute switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner
- Providing an “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external customers
- Updating of relevant IT systems with customer complaints, compliments, and queries
- Administration, as and when required
- Always represent the TFG image and values
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have a Matric certificate
- Minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in switchboard and reception
Skills:
- Be PC literate, with Basic Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about customer service
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflict effectively
