Job Title: Industrial Data Tech (AOS Key User)

Purpose of the job:
 
  • Primary_ manage ERP work packages for Advances Operating System (AOS) and associated landscapes as Key User
  • Ensure proper and correct AOS and ERP Master Data, and manage associated governance for sustainability
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Industrial + AOS ERP master data
  • Train end users, EPU managers and key business stakeholders on AOS fundamentals, coach & provide support
  • Measure and monitor correct and consistent landscape usage
  • Support the implementation of new AOS upgrades, perform User Acceptance Tests (UATs), Support Cutover activities, post-implementation training and support to maturity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Support the implementation of industrial IS tools:
 
  • Is the Key User for Industrial IS & DT Tools: AOS (ex: DMA, DELMIA), ERP (ex: GSI)
  • Prepare data files (new or rework), validate and prepare for new functionalities
  • Perform the tests before implementation or upgrades (UATs). Ensure that AOS upgrades are aligned with business mandate.
  • Offer training to all system users and associated stakeholders, i.e., EPU managers, CFTs + training material
  • Maintain/Set up good governance around AOS usage and management and KPI management to inform data-driven organization.
 
ERP Data quality & material master validation-Material Management
 
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for Industrial / Employee fields and validate data in alignment with Industrial flows and profiles.
  • Support operators with technical guidance on AOS shop floor issues and system defects.
  • Enforce shop floor AOS governance with EPU managers and operators; ensure correct governance around usage; activity start and changes, governance around indirect activities, correct PO selections and execution, ALEA protocols, self-inspections, etc.
  • Work closely with EPU managers to maintain employee designations on AOS relative to work centre
  • I-DOC management , ageing and CFT governance
  • Liaise with the IND KU regarding data inconsistencies coming from M-BOMs, routings and support with resolution
  • Extract AOS and performance KPI from QlikSense tool, use data to inform business regarding performance, efficiencies, and gaps, and create improvement strategy.
  • Support PME in Material Management, Work Center, BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routing Management.
  • Pilot the implementation of the following data in the systems after updates: M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling,
  • Ensure the consistency of those data between the different systems.
  • Work closely with SPC teams to ensure good PO governance (release and closure, monitoring irregularities)
  • Perform audits.
  • Support with end-user maturity reviews (Operators), identify gaps, and put in place strategies to help narrow the gaps.
 
ERP technical support & continuous improvement-MM
 
  • Referent for final users in case ERP dysfunction.
  • Write Business specifications and make acceptance test.
  • Participate in working groups with IT functions and Production Management to optimize the ERP using processes.
  • Lead new SAP implementation in the Area on Responsibility (AOS).
  • Become the POC for ALL AOS-related topics, technical inquiries, processes, guides and instructions
 
Training
 
  • Be the local referent for any support need related to ERP/AOS usage.
  • Contribute to training documentation issuing at central level and write local documents if necessary.
  • Train new entrants & refresher training for existing users on their specific area of competence
 
EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED Competencies

  • Degree in Industrial / Process Other qualifications might be considered subject to the level of ERP experience.

  • Similar experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment/industrial data key Data Key User
  • Advance ERP working knowledge: SAP (MM, PP), AOS
  • Sound understanding on Material Master Management, BOM Management, Routing and Work Center Management, Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems (AOS)
  • Good knowledge of Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience with AOS/similar MES systems will be advantageous
