Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at FibreClean. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for answering phones, making client bookings, managing invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and schedule client bookings efficiently, ensuring all appointments are organized and communicated clearly.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Assist in general office administration tasks, maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience, preferably in office management, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
